DAPURPACUID – The brand line from PT ExxonMobil Lubricants Indonesia (EMLI), Federal Oil, was again awarded at the 2024 Indonesia Original Brand (IOB) Award.
At the event, Federal Oil won the Excellent predicate and was the fourth time it received the award. For PT EMLI, this result is the fruit of consumer trust in Federal Oil products.
The award handover ceremony was given directly by the IOB team to the Marketing Manager of PT EMLI, Ajeng Saraswati Putri at the Shangri-La Hotel Jakarta, last July 25.
Ajeng said that this achievement for the umpteenth time cannot be separated from Federal Oil’s experience in providing quality lubricants and experience in making motorcyclists in the country more comfortable.
For PT EMLI, the award has increased from Very Good to Excellent. And this is the best ‘gift’ for Federal Oil which has entered its 36th year.
“We continue to try to understand and provide what our consumers, namely motorcyclists, need because that is what is important,” he said.
“Therefore, we strive to always be consistent in innovating so that we can continue to provide lubricant needs that are in accordance with current motorcycle conditions and developments.”
Ajeng explained that at the age of 36, Federal Oil continues to provide services and programs that can provide driving comfort for the Indonesian people.
He said that one of the appreciations was in the form of the Nyaman Berhadiah 2024 program which was held from mid-July to the end of December 2024.
“Where consumers who use Federal Matic products have the opportunity to win a total of thousands of prizes every month,” added Ajeng, in a written statement, Wednesday (7/8).
Ajeng also admitted that PT EMLI is committed to continuing to expand its product portfolio, especially for the automatic scooter or scooter scooter category.
“This award is also inseparable from the support of distributors, mechanics, workshop owners and consumers who have used and recommended Federal Oil products,” he concluded.
Indonesia Original Brand (IOB) Award is an award event given for brand performance and its existence in Indonesia for many years.
The assessment was conducted through an independent survey involving 5,500 respondents spread across several major cities, namely Medan, Bandung, Jabodetabek, Semarang, Surabaya and Makassar.
Federal Matic products are lubricants that are specifically designed to be more comfortable and cooler. Including other Federal Oil products that are guaranteed to be original and intended for daily motorcycles, such as Japanese motorcycle brands.
