At IFA 2024, the Electrolux Group is presenting a new kitchen line under the AEG brand, which, according to the manufacturer, includes the most extensive range of kitchen appliances to date. Particular attention is being paid to the integration of artificial intelligence, which is intended to make cooking easier. With the so-called AI recipe assistant, users can optimize oven settings by having the system analyze recipe specifications and automatically suggest the ideal settings.
Innovative features for an improved cooking experience
In addition to ovens and hobs, the new AEG kitchen line also offers extractor hoods, refrigerators and dishwashers. One of the key innovations is the CookSmart Touch Display, which offers simple, smartphone-like operation. It is designed to support users with detailed instructions while cooking. With functions such as “Cooking Assistant 2.0” and individual settings for sous vide, melting processes and more, even sophisticated dishes should be a breeze to prepare.
Focus on design and energy efficiency
The design of the new AEG devices is according to manufacturer modern and slim, with a choice of matt or glossy black and characteristic metal handles. In addition to the design, AEG also attaches great importance to sustainability. The kitchen line is intended to reduce the CO2 footprint during use by up to 30 percent, as the appliances are particularly energy efficient and offer various energy-saving functions, according to AEG.
