Igor Krutoy confirmed to the publication URA.RUthat singer Valery Leontyev is returning to the Russian stage. The pop legend will perform at two anniversary concerts in Moscow.
“I’m quite worried because my anniversary concerts will take place on November 8–9, in which many popular artists will be guests. And even my friend Valerik Leontyev will specially fly to Moscow to participate in my anniversary,” noted Krutoy.
After the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Leontyev stopped performing on stage to protect himself and the audience. Now the artist has decided to return and present the public with several of his performances.
In addition to Leontiev, Irina Allegrova, Dima Bilan, Alsou, Ani Lorak, Philip Kirkorov, Nikolai Baskov and other Russian pop stars will also perform at Krutoy’s creative evening.
Previously, the media wrote that Leontyev left for the USA, but the singer himself denied rumors about emigration, emphasizing that he lives in two countries – he is often in Russia, and he has relatives in the USA.
