Cooler Master unveils engine-like coolers

Cooler Master presents new air coolers in the V series, whose design is reminiscent of V engines, reports Tom’s Hardware.

CES has become a place where many odd gadgets are displayed. The design of the coolers is purely aesthetic, which means they won’t sound as much as the engine in a truck.

All four models are equipped with two 120-millimeter fans on each side and use Cooler Master’s 3D Heat Pipe technology, which places a heat pipe directly over the processor’s heat point. The models, called V10, V8, V6 and V4, are named after the number of heat pipes they are equipped with. The top model V10 has 10 heat pipes of 6 millimeters, while the V4 has 4 heat pipes of 8 millimeters.

The V6 Lite has a slightly more minimalist plate.

The V series is also launched together with the V Lite series, which has a slightly more stripped-down and compact design without engine-like elements. However, these coolers are equipped with stylish RGB lighting on the plate. The V4 and V6 models will be available in the Lite range.

Cooler Master’s V and V Lite series are expected to launch in March. Price information for the coolers is not yet known.
