Almost 10,000 people have been to one of the concerts scheduled at the 10th Pont a les Arts Sonores (PAS), according to calculations by the Culture Department of Martorell City Council. The performance of the South African artist Belinda Davids ended, this Saturday, the tenth edition of the contest. During three weekends there were 6 nocturnal performances of very varied musical rhythms, and 3 performances by Petit PAS on Saturday evenings, with proposals of a more family nature.
“We are very happy with the reception PAS has had from all those attending the concerts, to which nearly 10,000 people have come in total”, highlights the Councilor for Culture Sergi Corral after the end of the tenth anniversary event.
Of the total number of proposals, the councilor highlighted positively “the beginning, with the great Zalon concert that had already come in 2017, and the end with the Belinda Davids concert, which also had a great capacity and expectation. The only negative note, explains Corral, was “the suspension of the Municipal School of Music concert due to the rain”.
