Corsair is now launching a new generation in its RMx series of power supplies, which has been updated with ATX 3.1 certification. The new RMx units are available in three models with load capacities of 750, 850 and 1,000 watts. According to Corsair, each unit can deliver its respective power at an ambient temperature of 50°.
According to Corsair, the new RMx series also features an all-new electrical design that includes a six-layer PCB for better thermal and electrical performance and an updated fan. Furthermore, the company explains that the units have also received Cybenetics gold certification for efficiency and the grade A+ for sound level.
The RMx units have dimensions of 150 x 86 x 160 millimeters and are equipped with a 12V-2×6 connector that is compatible with both older and newer graphics cards. If you prefer to use colorful cables, the units are also compatible with Corsair’s Premium Type 4 cables and ARGB cables, sold separately.
