The first thing that catches your attention about this Corsair TC500 LUXE is, without a doubt, its appearance, and although we find it in the gaming chairs section of the Corsair website, its design moves away from the most orthodox lines of this category, to the point that it can, thanks to this, integrate into other types of environments where it can fit perfectly. However, a closer look does reveal some design elements that are characteristic of this type of chair.
Instead of starting from one of its pre-existing designs, Corsair has chosen to design the TC500 LUXE from scratchsomething that we can notice, for example, when checking that its seat is somewhat wider than usual in this type of chair, and its upper part is also flatter than usual, which makes it more comfortable for the multiple uses that we can give it (playing, watching content, relaxing and resting, etc.). In other words, we are faced with a very comfortable and quite versatile design.
But its comfort doesn’t end there, because a chair to be truly comfortable must be able to fit like a glove to the user’s body. In this sense, the Corsair TC500 LUXE is the brand’s most adjustable model to date. It integrates a Four-way adjustable lumbar supportas well as a memory foam neck pillow that provides proper head support and correct neck position. Corsair has also fitted its new Omniflex armrests, adjustable in almost any direction, and its seat reclines between 90 and 160 degrees.
Its strength and stability come from a inner steel frameas well as its metal base, covered with foam padding that is covered by a breathable fabric layer with reinforcements, for long sessions of use. And, to ensure its visual integration in any environment, it is available in three colors: Frost (white), Shadow (black) and Sherwood (dark green). All these design and resistance properties make it a highly recommended option for users of up to 1.88 meters tall and 120 kilos in weight.
