Former organizational secretary of Cox’s Bazar district Awami League Nazneen Sarwar Kaveri was arrested in Chittagong’s Chawkbazar police raid.
A CMP source confirmed that he was arrested on Thursday (December 26) around 10:30 pm.
Kaveri is the sister of former Awami League Member of Parliament (Cox’s Bazar-3) Saimum Sarwar Kamal and former Ramu Upazla Chairman Sohel Sarwar Kajal.
When Awami League was in power, he kept himself in discussion by talking about various issues through social media, for which he had to face controversy.
