Creix, a creative work AI certification mark platform company for webtoon and web novel writers, announced on the 17th that it recently signed a mutual cooperation business agreement with content production company Clovertoon for joint IP discovery and protection.
Starting with the signing ceremony, the two parties plan to continue various consulting cooperation projects, including improving relations and developing content IP, education, research, and joint production.
Clovertoon, which provides content distribution services, produces webtoons of various genres, plans content, and distributes them domestically and internationally, and possesses various IPs. AI specialist company Creix has developed an AI assistance tool for content creators in collaboration with Clovertoon, and decided to actively utilize it when producing promising IPs such as webtoons and web novels.
Creaks allows anyone to upload online content such as webtoons, web novels, and character designs, and has functions for automatically checking copyrights for IP content and managing content creators. It also utilizes AI technology to analyze and compare similarities between initial IP (webtoons and web novels) and completed scenarios (plot structure, character characteristics, worldview, etc.) to provide a service that helps discover promising IPs.
The Krix B2B SaaS solution opened its service in early June 2024 and was first introduced at the startup fair ‘NextRise 2024 Seoul’.
