Cristiano Ronaldo acquired the entire Lisboa Racket Centre, a complex in Alvalade with tennis courts, padel and squash courts, the Portuguese footballer’s holding company informed Lusa this Wednesday.
This is another investment by the captain of the Portuguese football team in the sport and in the Portuguese capital, with the debut in tennis and squash, in addition to what was announced in padel.
Ronaldo is one of the investors in Cidade do Padel, in Oeiras, through the consortium formed by CR7, Ronaldo’s company, and Lusofinança, in a project by the Portuguese Padel Federation (FPP).
According to the football player’s holding company, the Lisboa Racket Center was the first club in Portugal with padel courts and classes, currently with more than a thousand students in the three modalities.
The Lisboa Racket Center includes seven hard court tennis courts, eight padel courts, five squash courts, as well as restaurant and fitness infrastructure.
The value of the deal was not revealed.
