The program day continues with four programs:

9.50-10.00 “Obscure economy”. Hello Kitty just turned 50 years old. He decorates more than 50,000 products and they are sold in more than 130 countries. Hello Kitty makes billions of dollars for parent company Sanrio. But it’s important to note what she isn’t: Hello Kitty isn’t a cat, and she’s not actually Japanese (although her creators are Japanese). Hello Kitty is a unique marketing product, a phenomenon like no other.

In the show, you will hear about Hello Kitty’s background, how much money she is worth and what blood type she has. No kidding! He even has a known blood type and that is very necessary! Host is Linda Eensaar.

11.00-12.00 “Hot seat”. In the hot seat is Kaido Somelar, the head of the fast-growing construction company AS Ehitustrust, from whom we ask how Ehitustrust has managed to grow its turnover by a third in a declining market in recent years, and what are the plans for the new year, in addition, we ask one of the most experienced builders of Lidl stores what the cooperation with the German customer looks like.

We also forecast the construction and real estate market for the coming year and ask whether, in Somelar’s opinion, the economic crisis is now over in Estonia. The presenter is Lauri Leet.

13.00–14.00 “Industry news on the air”. In a situation where consumer uncertainty is at its peak and more and more discounted products are bought in the store, the food industry also has to deal with ever-increasing input costs and face new tax increases. This, in turn, is putting pressure on profits, on which investments depend. In the show, Leibur’s leader Ott Neeme and Estonian Food Industry Union leader Sirje Potisepp comment on the situation of the food industry and the prospects for the new year. The show is hosted by Harro Puusild.

15.00–16.00 “Lavajutud”. The program features presentations from the recently held conference “How to communicate fluently at work?”. In the first half of the show, teacher development expert Katrin Aava talks about how to communicate with a colleague who works against you. However, in the second half of the show, IMG Numeri’s service manager Allan Kaunis introduces what to do if the interlocutor does not open up and it is difficult to understand him.
