Crystal Jade, operated by Maeil Dairies affiliate M’s Seed (CEO Kwon Ik-beom) and selected as a Michelin Guide Seoul recommended restaurant for 8 consecutive years, announced on the 17th that it will be opening a new store on the first floor of Inspire Entertainment Resort in Yeongjongdo.
Since starting its domestic business in 2009, Inspire is the first store to open in a large-scale resort. It will provide a special dining experience to guests visiting the resort with a variety of menus, including Shanghai-style dim sum and authentic dishes that recreate the taste and sensibility of Shanghai.
Crystal Jade’s 16th domestic store, Inspire, has worked hard to increase customer satisfaction by providing private rooms with exotic mood lighting and luxurious interiors, as well as exclusive courses for casino customers and reasonably priced set menus for guests.
In particular, the ambitiously prepared local menus are eye-catching. A total of 50 local menus are presented, including Crystal Jade’s signature menu ‘Xiaorongpo’ made to order by a local dim sum chef, ‘Crispy Fried Duck & Wheat Pancake Wrap’ where you can enjoy crispy fried Peking duck with pancake, and ‘Tantan Noodles’ where you can experience a variety of flavors including spicy, savory, sour, and sweet all at once.
In addition, the plan is to capture the taste buds of Chinese tourists by creating a high-quality menu, such as a separate seafood dish using sea cucumbers and abalone, reflecting the tastes of Chinese tourists who are expected to visit the most, and setting menu prices using the number ‘8’, which is preferred by Chinese tourists.
