Nele Erikson, the founder of the small design agency NOPE, recognized that recently customers are thinking longer and don’t immediately put money on the table.
Erikson said that it was during the summer that customers became quieter. Therefore, they also created a so-called additional job in the company, which you will hear more about in the interview.
Erikson also said that they want to remain a small company – a small team that ignites each other, according to Erikson, is a goal in itself.
What is NOPE’s organizational culture and what does the future look like, in more detail in the interview.
