Dacia continues testing the future Bigster SUV. The new model debuts in October

The launch of the new Dacia Bigster SUV is fast approaching. The future SUV will be officially presented at the Paris Motor Show.

The biggest model from Dacia is to be presented at the Paris Motor Show on October 14. Dacia’s future competitor in the compact SUV segment will be larger than the Duster, but also more expensive. We will be dealing with the most expensive Dacia car so far, which will jump over the threshold of 30,000 euros.

The official presentation of the car will take place in a month, but the manufacturer from Mioveni is making the final preparations and continues to test the SUV on Romanian roads.

Recently, several people have shared photos on Facebook of a camouflaged SUV that looks like the new generation Duster, but is larger than the SUV shown last year. It is clear that we are dealing with his older brother.

The future Bigster will be the manufacturer’s competitor in the compact SUV segment, so disputed in recent years. In addition to the future Bigster, those who will attend the Paris Motor Show will also be able to see models such as the new Dacia Duster, updated Spring, Jogger or Sandero on display. They will also be able to see the Sandrider prototype, with which Dacia will participate in the Dakar Rally in 2025.

At the moment, Dacia has not revealed any technical data for its future model, so we can only speculate. We know that it will look similar to the new Duster both externally and internally. But the new Bigster will offer more equipment and space for passengers. For example, a camouflaged example was caught with the driver’s door open, on which occasion we could see buttons for the electric windows.

In addition, the future Bigster could also be offered in a seven-seater version. Currently, the only Dacia model with seven seats is the Jogger. We expect that the range of engines will be shared with the Duster, but, taking into account the more generous dimensions and the larger mass, Dacia could also opt for more powerful engines.
