Dacia is reducing prices for almost the entire range of models. What is the reason for these price cuts?

Dacia announces discounts for the prices of several models in its range. Only the price of the Spring electric remains unchanged.

Following these reductions, the Dacia Duster can currently be bought for around 17,000 euros, as part of a campaign by the manufacturer that brings a new price reduction, after it had been reduced by around 1,500 euros during the summer. The announced price, 17,050 euros, is valid for the basic equipment, Essential, equipped with the ECO-G 100 engine, which comes equipped from the factory with an LPG installation.

The new generation Dacia Duster was launched with a starting price of Euro. “If you see a discount somewhere, it’s usually an effect of the fact that the market is not doing well in that area,” says Xavier Martinet, Dacia’s head of global sales, on the sidelines of this first discount. In August of this year, new car registrations fell by over 18%. Also, registrations of Dacia models decreased by 38%.

Dacia is discounting almost all models available in Romania

The other Dacia models also have reduced prices at the moment, according to data provided by Profit.ro. The Logan can be bought for 12,500 euros, which is a 1,000 euro reduction from 13,500 euros, and the Jogger can be bought for 16,390 euros, 300 euros cheaper than the original price at which this model was launched in Romania .

And the Sandero Stepway, the best-selling variant of this model, can be bought for 13,300 euros, a price more than 2,000 euros lower than the list price.

Electrica Spring remains at the launch price of the facelift version, which starts at 16,900 euros, respectively 11,800 euros including the Rabla Program, estimated at 5,100 euros.
