Daihatsu Sets New Record, 1,000 KM Periodic Maintenance Activity Simultaneously

DAPURPACUID – Daihatsu will continue to be committed to getting closer to the community as a friend in providing the best and most satisfying service for customers.

One of them was proven through the first periodic maintenance service activity or 1,000 km simultaneously, which was attended by more than 2,000 customers in the country, on July 14.

Uniquely, the activity only lasted for 3 hours, starting from 08:00 – 11:00 WIB. As a result, this activity was successfully recorded in the new MURI (Indonesian World Record Museum) record, as the First Periodic Maintenance of Cars Simultaneously in the Most Provinces.

The MURI award was symbolically given taking advantage of the momentum of GIIAS (GAIKINDO Indonesia International Auto Show), which took place at the Daihatsu booth on Thursday (18/7).

“We would like to thank customers for their trust in Daihatsu,” said Yanuar Krisna, Deputy After Sales and Logistic Division Head of PT Astra International Tbk, Daihatsu Sales Operation.

According to him, achieving this new record is an appreciation that motivates Daihatsu to always strive to provide quality after-sales service to customers.

“Periodic maintenance and the first 1,000 km check are very important to maintain the car’s performance from the initial use so that it remains in prime condition,” he said.

The services provided in the 1,000 km periodic maintenance include checking engine components, such as fan belts, systems and engine coolant.

Daihatsu technicians also perform inspections on the chassis and body, consisting of the clutch pedal, brake pedal, brake fluid, clutch fluid, bolts, chassis nuts and tire conditions.

This new record is achieved thanks to the support of the entire official Daihatsu network of 279 outlets, 174 official workshops, 293 DMS (Daihatsu Mobile Service) units that are ready to come and help customers’ needs.

Full support is also given by more than 3,000 part shops spread throughout Indonesia. Daihatsu continues to appeal to customers’ Daihatsu cars to be in prime condition so that driving is safe and comfortable.
