Lhere we go… That’s what some people will think when a new restaurant opens in Setúbal, as the probability of there being fried cuttlefish on the menu is high, as well as grilled fish, of course. I remember almost 20 years ago there was a space against the choco current that was almost a shock of supply, called Champanheria, on Avenida Luísa Todi, and which was distinguished by its focus on oysters raised in Sado, accompanied by champagne and sparkling wine. However, in recent years, cosmopolitan and varied proposals have been emerging in the region, such as the Japanese Ryori, the creative contemporary Xtoria, or the relaxed Hoje Mesa, in Palmela.
