The publishing house Save or Cancel continues the activity of research, mapping and publication of the phenomenon of street art, with a new volume entitled “Deciphering Streets Through Art″.
The editorial project proposes a carefully curated and updated collection of recent urban culture, featuring over 70 of the most significant works of street art, documented photographically and through interviews with local artists such as Alexi Ivanov (Bulgaria), To, Bilos (Greece), Bona Berlin (Germania), BTA (Moldova), Erps, Harcea Peace, Homeboy L.D.J., Ino (Greece), Irlo, Nuisance, Mishka the Mouse (Bulgaria), Miso, Norm (Ukraine), Father, Oh boy, The bull, A member, Pandas, The Square Cat, Sunshiners (Bulgaria), Sweet Damage Crew, Whyx plus many others.
In the pages of the book “Deciphering Streets Through Art″, fans of street art, graffiti and urban exploration will discover a series of extensive interviews with Tobias Barenthin Lindblad (editor and lecturer, Dokument Press – Sweden), Felipe Pantone (Spain), Jana Danilovic (Serbia), Mr. Thoms (Italia), iZZY iZVNE (Moldova), J.Ace (Great Britain), Aeul, Coon One, Maria Balan, Both Plato, Robert Obert, Saddo and Wanda. They started their careers many years ago, and have evolved along with this current, being witnesses and observers of many interesting things that they recounted extensively in interviews.
“Deciphering Streets Through Art″, is an outstanding publication through which artists, locals, and tourists alike can discover new dimensions of cities through the effervescent and developing alternative culture.
