More precisely, it is a dish of baked mushrooms and potato soup with toasted bread and garlic.

Baked mushrooms recipe

For this type of fasting food, housewives need the following ingredients:

– 13 large mushrooms

– a few sprigs of parsley

– a few sprigs of dill

– 1 clove of garlic

– 1/4 teaspoon of salt

– 1/2 teaspoon paprika

– 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, a little oil

Wash the mushrooms and then dry them with paper towels. It is advisable not to keep the tails. Place ten mushrooms in the tray face down and put in the oven at 220 C for ten minutes. Drain the juice left by the mushrooms from the tray and turn the mushrooms face up.

Finely chop the tails plus the remaining three mushrooms and mix them with the chopped greens, crushed garlic and spices. The mushrooms must be filled with the above mixture. Sprinkle a little oil on the mushrooms.

Keep in the oven at 220C for 15-20 minutes. They are even tastier with garlic dip and toasted bread.
