Delimobil CEO Elena Bekhtina increased her stake in the company’s capital

“The top manager of Delimobil acquired shares of PJSC Carsharing Russia on September 2 as part of stock exchange trading on the Moscow Exchange,” the press service noted.

Bekhtina plans to continue to increase her share of Delimobil shares, which, the company notes, indicates her confidence in the company’s growth prospects.

Bekhtina has been the company’s CEO since October 2020. Under her leadership, in February 2024, Delimobil raised more than 4 billion rubles during an IPO on the Moscow Exchange, becoming the first public car-sharing operator in Russia.

The majority shareholder of Delimobil is its founder Vincenzo Trani. He is also the founder of the Mikro Kapital Group fund. The free float of the car sharing service is 9%.

At the end of August, the Board of Directors of Delimobil (PJSC Carsharing Russia) recommended the first dividends in the company’s history in the amount of 175.9 million rubles for the first half of the year.

Delimobil appeared in 2015 and operates in Moscow, St. Petersburg, Samara, Tolyatti, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg, Novosibirsk, Tula, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Sochi and Ufa. The project’s fleet includes 30,000 cars, and the number of registered users exceeds 10 million.
