In connection with CES 2025, Dell Technologies has presented a completely new PC portfolio under one Dell brand.
The new product portfolio is based on newly designed products and integrates advanced AI technology directly into the devices to elevate the user experience and productivity.
They have also been developed with a view to making it easier for both users and professionals to find the right solution – whether it is PCs, monitors or accessories. The new products are divided into three main categories: Dell, Dell Pro or Dell Pro Maxwhere each category contains three levels: Basic, Plus and Premium.
In the Dell category, there are PCs for lighter everyday tasks such as work, study and entertainment. However, users who need a little more performance don’t have to look far, as the Dell Pro category offers PCs designed for the professional segment in need of a little more performance. At the top of the portfolio is the Dell Pro Max category, which is aimed at users who need top performance for e.g. to train future AI models.
The portfolio also includes displays, accessories and services that ensure a streamlined customer experience.
AI technology that elevates the PC experience to new heights
The core of the new PC portfolio is a greater integration of AI technology, which lifts the user experience to new heights. Dell Pro AI Studio is the latest addition to the Dell AI Factory and offers the industry’s most comprehensive AI tools(1). . . . De is Dell AI PCs have built-in NPU technology built to handle AI tasks without burdening the rest of the system and combine hardware, software and microchip innovations to extend powerful on-device Copilot+ AI experiences. To provide users with more choices, Dell Technologies continues to offer a wide range of processors. This is done by maintaining the collaboration with Qualcomm, but also offering the option of choosing AMD Ryzen or Intel Core Ultra (Series 2) processors. This approach provides users with powerful AI features like Copilot+ for both professional and creative tasks. In this way, units can be tailored to specific usage needs.

As the largest supplier of AI PCs for commercial use(2) Dell Technologies has had a special focus on unique product design, increased performance and long battery life in the development of the Dell, Dell Pro and Dell Pro Max PCs. This means users can expect longer battery life, modern design and reliable performance wherever they work(3).
Sustainable design and innovation in focus
Professional users will also be able to find PCs in the Dell Pro series where durability has been a key focus in development. The PCs are designed to withstand up to three times as many openings and closings thanks to a more durable hinge, all while better resisting drops and shocks than competing devices(4). Meanwhile, select models in the Dell Pro Max and full Dell Pro series are the world’s first commercial laptops built with a modular USB-C port, which is up to four times more durable and easier to replace than previous models(5). However, it has not gone beyond the performance, where new cooling technology ensures a low sound level and improves the air flow by 20 per cent. For IT departments, the Pro series offers benefits such as simplified administration of the world’s most secure commercial AI clients(6). This means, among other things, that both PCs, monitors and accessories can be managed via remote access, which reduces implementation time and costs.
Dell Pro AI Studio: The ultimate AI solution for PCs
With the increasing adoption of AI PCs, developers are increasingly relying on AI technology to fine-tune models and identify areas of use. Therein, however, lies a task in building and managing AI models that fit the PC’s hardware, not least because the requirements are different for each microchip supplier across CPUs, GPUs and NPUs.
To that end, Dell Technologies has developed Dell Pro AI Studio, which utilizes NPU technology with the industry’s most comprehensive AI tools(7) to build and develop AI models. With tools, frameworks, templates and models, developers and IT administrators can build and manage AI software simply and quickly, regardless of the microchip used. The expectation is that this will reduce the development and implementation time by up to 75 percent.(8) from six months to just six weeks.
