Every year, Oceanographic Magazine is organizing its traditional photo contest entitled Ocean Photographer of the Year. For this new edition, We invite you to discover the winners in the different categories of this competition as well as all the finalists.. Prepare to explore the depths in an exceptional way.

If you have a passion for the seabed as well as for the fauna and flora found there, then this Z42 will definitely please you. Indeed, you will be able to dive into the oceans of our planet thanks to the remarkable photos taken by various photographers from around the worldThis year, the ocean photography competition has rewarded ten photographers including Rafael Fernandez Caballero who won the grand prize of this 2024 edition. The photographer was able capture off the coast of Baja California Sur in late 2023 a whale preparing to swallow a school of fish. The author of this photo, which we invite you to discover below, explained that this moment was exceptional, estimating that “This feeding frenzy is the greatest show on earth“.
