VESA focused on the development of the top category when defining the new specifications.
VESA has announced that new DisplayHDR True Black and ClearMR categories will be introduced for the aforementioned standards, and displays will be better categorized based on updated certification systems.

ClearMR has expanded upwards, and the new ClearMR 15000, ClearMR 18000, and ClearMR 21000 categories help better categorize displays with 480Hz or higher refresh rates.

DisplayHDR True Black has been expanded with the 1000 category, which means that VESA also has in mind the certification of new, high-end OLED displays, which essentially means a brightness of 1000 nits.
Manufacturers will, of course, present several monitors at CES that will be classified into one of the new categories.
