DAPURPACUID – This is the second time Wuling has taken part in the biggest modification and lifestyle celebration in Indonesia which will take place from 4 to 6 October 2024 at ICE BSD City.
Occupying booth A3, Hall 9 with an area of 170 square meters, Wuling displays 2 (two) products that have been given a personalized touch, namely Alvez and BinguoEV. Apart from that, Air ev Lite Long Range and CloudEV were also on display. For visitors who want to directly experience the experience of driving with a row of Wuling electric cars, you can try them in the test drive area.
“In participating in this year’s IMX event which carries the theme ‘Road to the World’, Wuling brought along 1 personalized ICE and 1 EV product line. “These two units are presented to share creations and personalization from BinguoEV and Alvez, apart from that, we also present CloudEV and Air ev Lite Long Range which were just introduced to the public last September,” explained Arief Sutrisno as Brand Strategy Manager of Wuling Motors.
At IMX 2024, Wuling showcased the Cloud EV and Air ev Lite Long Range as the main highlight at the booth. Air ev Lite Long Range itself is the newest variant of Air ev Lite which was recently launched. This new variant of the Air ev Lite can cover a distance of up to 300 kilometers on one charge. Not only that, Wuling also displays two modified vehicles, namely Alvez and BinguoEV, which have been given a touch of personalization according to the latest trends.
Wuling also invites visitors to experience firsthand the sensation of driving Air EV, BinguoEV and Cloud EV, which are available in the test drive area. The Wuling BinguoEV is a creation of BTX, with the BTX bodykit add-on added which makes this EV hatchback look more stylish. The exterior is also wrapped in full Super White wrapping in collaboration with MC Wrap by First Autowrap, strengthening the elegant appearance.
In the underfoot sector, the Air Suspension AirBFT kit is embedded which can adjust the height and low of this electric car plus the installation of BBS Super RS R18 rims with a width of 8-9 ET 35 combined with GT Radial 205/40 R18 tires. Regarding entertainment devices during the trip, a premium audio system from Dress Up Autosound is installed. Don’t forget the Otoproject Maxmatt carpet that decorates the interior area.
Apart from that, Wuling also displays the Alvez with adventure-style personalization, like an SUV that likes adventure. This Wuling 5-seater SUV is paired with the Otoproject Cross Bar Expedition, which is specially designed for the floating roof rail type like that of the Wuling Alvez and the Otoproject Roof Box Discovery which dimensions 178 cm x 80 cm x 35 cm with a volume of 450 liters.
This roof box is designed with a fast click system for easy installation as well as an aerodynamic design and dual side open feature for easy access. Moving on to other sectors, to support the impression of adventure, the use of Rotiform Las-R R17x8 ET 40 rims combined with BFGoodrich Advantage Touring 225/50R17 tires is used.
Regarding activities at the booth, Wuling held “Coloring your Dream Air ev Lite” where visitors were given the freedom to color the area on the Air ev lite car. Next, the results of the work are uploaded to Instagram Feed using #WulingIMX2024 and the tag @Wulingmotorsid. The 3 best selected works will receive prizes in the form of shopping vouchers.
