Music streaming service YouTube Music it still doesn’t have nearly as much global market share as rival Spotify, but it’s trying to catch up, at least in terms of improvements. According to the portal 9to5Google therefore, it is now once again improving the user experience of its application and bringing users more opportunities to discover new music.

Demos are coming to artist sites

Service already in 2023 YouTube Music launched an information channel in the application Sampleswhich serves precisely for discovering new music. It shows short video segments to help you get to your new favorite music from the service’s library. The channel is clearly inspired by short video clips YouTube Shorts and now it will also reach the pages of individual performers.

In the application YouTube Music pre iOS there is already a new button in the top panel of the performer next to sharing and searching Samples. Tap it to launch a preview channel of short videos featuring songs from that artist. With a quick preview of a few of his tracks, you can get a quick impression of him before delving into his full discography.
