A court in Moscow upheld the prosecutor’s claim in the interests of People’s Artist of Russia Larisa Dolina, who was deceived by telephone scammers. This was reported in press service capital prosecutor’s office.

“After the court decision comes into force, the defendants, two of whom are charged in a criminal case, will be charged unjust enrichment and interest for the use of other people’s funds in a total amount of more than 69 million rubles,” the department explained.

Let us remind you that the Valley became a victim of a complex fraudulent scheme. The actress was threatened, after which she sold her five-room apartment in Moscow for 112 million rubles, and then gave the money to the scammers. In total, the Valley lost more than 200 million rubles.

It later turned out that the buyer of the star’s apartment was a certain Polina Lurie. Operatives detained a 53-year-old woman who took money from the artist and sent it to the scammers.

Previously, the Valley even asked to be protected from threats. The singer was afraid that she would be killed.
