In the spring, we saw the 493-centimeter sedan as an Epoch study car, which has now been refined both in terms of design and name: N7 is obviously an easier to categorize type designation than Epoch, which means “era”, but the latter undeniably sounds better.
Of course, all this is of secondary importance: what is important is that in the first half of 2025, the distribution of the first model using the new generation floor plate of the Dongfeng Nissan joint venture will begin.
The wheelbase of 292 cm and the width of 190 cm offer generous space, and the infotainment system, which uses the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P processor developed specifically for automotive use, promises fast and sophisticated IT content.
The exact technical data of the fully locally developed and produced N7 are not yet known, but they have already revealed that the sedan will be capable of partial self-driving, for example it can drive independently on the highway and change lanes.
