(Health Korea News / Yoo Ji-in) Dongkuk Pharmaceutical aired a new CF featuring existing ‘Chisen’ model Jeon Hyun-moo and actor Kim Ji-seok as new models.

This CF was produced with the setting of Kim Ji-seok confessing his unspeakable problem of ‘hemorrhoids’ to his close brother Jeon Hyun-moo and getting advice. Kim Ji-seok sits on a cafe chair with a pained expression and whispers to Jeon Hyun-moo, “Actually, I have hemorrhoids.” In response, Jeon Hyun-moo said, “Hemorrhoids! “If you hold back, things will only get worse,” he said loudly, attracting the attention of people around him. “Shh!” Kim Ji-seok’s embarrassed appearance, saying, “Speak quietly,” makes people laugh.

Jeon Hyun-moo, who has been a Chisen advertising model for three years, advised, “You know, the oral medicine Chisen, it’s really convenient,” emphasizing that the disease can be easily managed with the oral hemorrhoid medicine Chisen. Jeon Hyun-moo and Kim Ji-seok shouted together, “Don’t let the hemorrhoids grow, use the oral medicine Chisen!” and conveyed the message that we should not hide or neglect hemorrhoids and actively treat them with Chisen.

An official from Dongkook Pharmaceutical said, “This CF elicited empathy from viewers in the form of a conversation in which two models, who have built up a close relationship through broadcasting, discuss hemorrhoids concerns that are difficult to bring up.” He added, “Through this new CF, which stands out for their close chemistry, we are able to help people understand the symptoms of hemorrhoids.” “I hope that the message of not hiding or neglecting hemorrhoids but managing it easily with the oral hemorrhoid medicine Chisen will be well conveyed,” he said.

Chisen, an oral hemorrhoid medication, is a hemorrhoid treatment containing diosmin, a plant flavonoid structure developed in Europe. It improves symptoms such as pain, swelling, bleeding, itching, and discomfort caused by hemorrhoids by improving blood vessel elasticity, normalizing capillary permeability, and anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects. It is an over-the-counter medication that can be purchased without a prescription at a nearby pharmacy.
