Regarding the tie with the University of Craiova, the Moldovan coach claims that his team fully deserved the victory, even though it faced a valuable opponent, with demands and budget to match, which he did not “let move”.

“I’m definitely not happy with this point. I lost two. We had a dangerous opponent, with budget, claims, valuable players. We were the better team, they didn’t give us any problems. I don’t have to say that, because I’m subjective. Only the wicked could say otherwise. They have players with individual quality but we didn’t let them move. We are moving forward, even if we have four consecutive draws. We deserved to win all four of these games. I am not satisfied, but the players did everything to win the match.

We respect our opponents, we do everything to improve our game. I expect any of our players to score. Juric also had a great opportunity at Rapid. We lacked this inspiration in front of the goal, to take the face of the opponent. Pop had two chances, but there are moments and moments in the game, maybe the pressure, the stress. The corner from which we got the goal was a gift, that’s the only negative thing in this match. 2-3 mistakes were made until that goal. But we can’t go on with them.
