Luminor economist Lenno Uusküla, Valeria Kiisk, partner of investment company Redgate Capital, Swedbank economist Tõnu Mertsina and Äripää journalist Koit Brinkmann will talk about these topics on the morning program of Äripää radio.

11.00–12.00 “Investor Toomas hour”. We dive into the world of students and find out how investing and student life can fit together. The Student Fund, which is unique in the Nordic countries and dedicated to spreading investment wisdom, created at TalTech is managed by the students themselves and already has nearly 80 members.

Tallinn University of Technology vice-rector Hendrik Voll, one of the founders of the Student Fund and the current head of communications Mia Maria Grepp, and Mihkel Külm, the head of the Student Fund’s market strategy, will be visiting the program.

Let’s find out what the purpose of such a fund is, what investments have been made to date, how investment decisions are generally made, and what role the management of the technical university could play in such a student fund. In addition, we talk about the guests’ own portfolios and investment principles and also ask for investment tips.

13.00–14.00 “Construction news is on the air”. You will hear Luminor’s chief economist Lenno Uusküla’s presentation from the architecture and development conference organized by construction news and real estate news theme websites on October 3.

The presentation, which was highly appreciated by the audience, focused on how economic security, development and construction are related. Uusküla also formulated the prerequisites that could boost construction in Estonia again.

The moderator of the conference was Siim Sultson, head of real estate news.

Taavi Nõmmistu, manager of Igluparg, and Evika Eljas, hostess of Mustjõe tavern farm, are visiting, with whom we talk about the popularity of Estonian saunas among foreign tourists.
