GJ (37) from Budva was found guilty and sentenced to 15 days in prison because this morning in Budva, in the early hours of the morning, he drove a vehicle with 2.01 per thousand of alcohol in his blood.
“The judge on duty, Magdalena Mijić, imposed a four-month driving ban on him along with the sentence, as well as three penalty points, which will be enforced by the Police Directorate according to legal force,” announced the president of the Budva Misdemeanor Court, Marko Đukanović.
