On November 21, Ajax Systems held its sixth Ajax Special Event, an annual showcase of the company’s latest technologies and devices that has attracted over 2,000,000 online viewers in previous editions. Moreover, this year offline events brought together professionals at 132 events in 43 countries. The presentation focused on updates and product launches from the entire Ajax portfolio:

Moreover, Ajax Systems has demonstrated that products from different categories integrate seamlessly into one Ajax system and reinforce each other.
Strategic changes to the segmentation of the Ajax portfolio were also revealed. As a result, 4 new product categories were presented – Burglary Protection, Fire and Rescue Safety, Comfort and Automation and Video Monitoring. This comprehensive solution offers numerous benefits for end users and endless business opportunities for professionals.
Ajax Systems updates its portfolio division
Ajax Systems is a rapidly growing company, distinguished by an extremely dynamic pace of introducing new products to the market. Every year our portfolio expands by 30 unique products. However, such an extraordinary pace has its side effects. The portfolio is growing and becoming less and less clear. For this reason, we are introducing a new segmentation – simpler, more understandable and intuitive.
Several key changes have been introduced. First of all, these are four new product categories – Anti-burglary protection, Fire and rescue safety, Comfort and automation and Video monitoring. Protection against burglary is additionally divided into further segments. We have two product lines in this category: Baseline and Superior. The Baseline line includes wireless Jeweler devices; which are intended solely for protection against burglary. Superior includes Jeweler wireless devices and Fibra wired devices for high-profile projects. In addition, this product line now includes dedicated hub models – Hub Hybrid (2G/4G) or soon Superior Hub Hybrid (2G/4G).
IndoorCam: professional security, for home and business
Ajax Systems announces the premiere of one of the most anticipated products in its offer – IndoorCam, a Wi-Fi security camera equipped with a PIR sensor, built-in artificial intelligence and a backup communication channel. This is an ideal solution for homes, restaurants, shops or other places where using a wired solution would be impractical.
Equipped with a 4 MP camera, HDR and infrared illumination with a range of up to 8 m 26 ft, the device provides detailed image quality both day and night. The PIR sensor detects movement at a distance of up to 4 m 13 ft, and the built-in artificial intelligence recognizes people, animals or vehicles. The camera is equipped with a very sensitive microphone and a top-class speaker for two-way communication without echo and background noise.

DoorBell: Professional security at your front door
With the dynamic development of the video monitoring product category, an obvious choice is added to the offer – Ajax DoorBell, a video intercom equipped with built-in artificial intelligence, PIR sensor and the ability to be controlled via an application.
DoorBell provides excellent image and sound quality. Thanks to the 4 MP camera with HDR and infrared illumination with a range of up to 6 m 20 ft, images are clear and sharp regardless of lighting conditions. Proprietary noise and echo reduction solutions and improved audio output allow users to talk and hear each other clearly, even in noisy environments.
What the Ajax team is most proud of is the communication capabilities of our doorbell. The main communication channel is a standard Wi-Fi connection, but with an unrivaled communication range of up to 500 m 1600 ft line of sight. This is up to five times more compared to solutions offered by competitors. If the Wi-Fi connection is lost, DoorBell has a backup communication channel with the Ajax – Jeweler and Wings hub. The device never becomes unusable.

MotionCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweller
MotionCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweler is a versatile outdoor motion sensor designed for exceptional installation flexibility. With a mounting height of 2 to 4 m from 6.6 to 13 ft, wide horizontal and vertical viewing angles and no dead zones, the device provides comprehensive area coverage. Perfect for industrial facilities, construction sites, warehouses, office buildings or private properties.
Availability: MotionCam Outdoor HighMount (PhOD) Jeweler will be available for sale in Q4 2024.
BP Jeweler Hub: effective protection regardless of access to the electricity network
Protecting such places becomes even easier with the launch of Hub BP Jeweler. It is a battery-powered control panel. It is ideal for protecting abandoned houses, construction sites, empty office buildings and other facilities that do not have constant power supply. The device is available in two versions – with or without a housing. The Hub can be powered by internal Ajax batteries or internal and external batteries from other manufacturers. Rechargeable or disposable, they offer extended autonomy, especially in the advanced Battery Saver (BPS) mode.
The BP Jeweler Hub is compatible with ExternalAntenna, an external antenna that helps overcome barriers to radio signals in difficult environments such as reinforced concrete rooms. It provides a stable connection via Jeweler and Wings, as well as the mobile network.

SpeakerPhone Jeweler, a module for audio verification of alarms
One of the brand new products presented during this year’s Ajax Special Event is SpeakerPhone Jeweler, the first voice module in the Ajax ecosystem. It is designed to help CMS operators assess the on-site situation in the event of an alarm and respond quickly if necessary. The operator can call the protected facility to talk to people on site or listen to background noises.

Curtain Outdoor Jeweler: Reduce false alarms
Curtain Outdoor Jeweler is a wireless curtain motion sensor for outdoor perimeter protection. The device is equipped with a new optical system, three detection modes and dual motion detection technology, which in practice means almost zero chance of a false alarm. Movement is detected by a new optical system based on a Fresnel lens, two PIR sensors and the latest generation SmartDetect algorithm.
