Dynamic debut of the Ferrari F80 at Imola

Last week Ferrari revealed its new hypercar, with the F80 making its dynamic debut at the Imola circuit in Italy. This was done as part of the Ferrari Finali Mondiali 2024 event, which took place last weekend and was unfortunately marked by a lot of rain.

Many other interesting cars took part in the celebration, as you can see in the videos, but all eyes were on the new creation from Maranello!

Let me remind you that the F80 is the successor to the LaFerrari and is powered by a 3.0-liter twin-turbo hybrid V6 engine that produces 1,200 horses and is combined with an 8-speed F1 DCT automatic transmission. It does 0-100 km/h in just 2.15 seconds, 0-200 km/h in 5.75 seconds, with a top speed of 350 km/h.

The V6 engine has the turbos inside the 120 degree V. It is derived from the racing 499P that won two consecutive years at Le Mans and produces 900 horses at 8,750 rpm and 850 Nm of torque at 5,550 rpm. It has a rotation limit of up to 9,200 rpm and is combined with three electric motors, two on the front and one on the rear axle.

Each electric motor on the front axle produces 142 horses and 121 Nm of torque, weighing 12.9 kg, while the rear one produces up to 95 horses with 45 Nm of torque, weighing 8.8 kg. The electric motors draw energy from a battery with a capacity of 2.28 kWh and a weight of 39.3 kg.
