EasyCareTech-G&Net Sign MOU for AI-based Insurance Claim Service

EasyCareTech announced on the 10th that it signed a business agreement (MOU) with G&Net, a medical information transmission platform specialist, to promote an easy and convenient insurance claim service based on artificial intelligence (AI).

With this agreement, the two companies will pursue a new business related to actual loss insurance claims utilizing medical data. The idea is to support patients to easily and quickly file actual loss insurance claims by linking EasyCareTech’s hospital information system (HIS) and insurance claim services.

EasyCareTech and G&Net have decided to provide innovative services by linking their capabilities, data, and AI solutions in the digital healthcare and fintech fields, respectively. EasyCareTech will develop a solution for linking medical data and insurance-related certification materials, and G&Net will supply services such as transmission modules to hospitals using EasyCareTech’s HIS.

This is expected to significantly improve the convenience of patients and hospital staff in relation to medical expense insurance claims. In particular, both companies expect that demand for the simple claim system will increase in hospitals with 30 or more beds ahead of the simplified medical expense insurance claim process that will be implemented next month.

EasyCareTech is already expecting that the efficiency of insurance claim processing at hospitals using its HIS will improve. It explains that through collaboration with medical AI, data analysis, and ICT companies, it will meet the diverse demands of the healthcare market and continue its path as a total digital healthcare platform.
