EcoUp’s new CFO bought a big pot of shares


According to the announcements made about the management’s transactions Ecoupin the largest owner Partners Helmets has sold 177,364 shares on November 28 at a price of EUR 2.09 per share. The purchase price will rise to approximately 370,690 euros.

In addition PA Ventures has acquired a corresponding number of shares at the stated price per share.

CEO of Ecoup Matti Kaski confirmed to Kauppalehti that the company’s future CFO Pauli Anttilan the company PA Ventures bought the shares from Kaski Partners.

Anttila will start as CFO on January 1, 2025. Anttila has worked for a long time Solidium as investment director.

Matti Kaski owns the majority of Ecoup’s shares through the family company Kaski Partners. According to the company’s shareholder list, Kaski Partners owned 4,688,362 shares at the end of October, which corresponded to 52.87 percent of all shares and votes.
