Elecom will bring its top-of-the-line USB4 cable this year

The USB4 2.0 solution will be considered a fully certified alternative.

Back in the fall of 2022, we wrote that the new edition of USB4 would double the pace, which has actually happened now, as Elecom has released the first cable that has official USB4 2.0 certification.

The USB Type-Cs active solution provides a data transfer speed of 80 Gbps, in addition to delivering 240 watts of PD power, the latter with 5 A at a voltage of 48 V.

In principle, the delivery of the development in question will begin in mid-December, and for now only the newer systems can use it.
