Popular electronics retailer Electro World is officially going out of business, it announced on its website. The company is merging with another seller, and that is Datart.
Electro World ends
Electro World was founded in 2002 and operated in several countries, including the Czech Republic. After more than 20 years, it is ending with us, and the reason is that the company will fall into the hands of competitor Datart. How she stated company on its website, although Electro World is changing to Datart, customers needn’t worry because everything they love will remain.
End of loyalty program
The end of the company also brings the end of the Electro World loyalty program. Customers who have points under the program can redeem them until August 15, 2024. If they do not use them, they will be forfeited. Loyalty points can be redeemed in brick-and-mortar stores or on the e-shop. After August 15, Datart will offer its customers an alternative to the popular loyalty program.
So that you can redeem your points and save a little extra, Electro World has prepared a lot of promotions before it finally becomes Datart. Discounts attack the 50% mark and this big one sale will run from July 15 to August 14, 2024 or while supplies last.

What is worth buying at Electro World?
The product sale covers large and small appliances, laptops, phones, smart watches and other assortments. There’s plenty to choose from, and we’ve taken a look at which products have been discounted. We focused on mobile phones, of which there are dozens on sale.
For example, the Xiaomi Redmi A2 smartphone with 32 GB of internal storage, which you get for 1,349 crowns. This is a mobile phone for less demanding users, but with decent equipment. If you are looking for a better equipped mobile from Xiaomi, the discount also includes the Xiaomi Redmi Note 12 Pro+, which supports 5G networks and has an internal memory of 256 GB. You can get this mobile for 6,499 crowns.
There is also the popular Apple iPhone 11, which is an older model, but still powerful enough. For the version with 128GB of storage, you’ll be looking for something 10,498 crowns. For products Apple we will still stay, you will also find last year’s Apple iPhone 15 Pro model with 1TB storage for 39,999 crowns.
As part of smart phones, it is also represented Samsung and several of his models. For example, you can buy a Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 5 puzzle for 34,999 crowns in the version with 512 GB of storage. For less demanding users, the Samsung Galaxy A54 is offered for 9,499 crowns, which pleases with decent equipment and good parameters. It has a storage capacity of 256 GB and supports a fast 5G network.
What will the merger bring to customers?
According to the seller, the merger will bring several benefits to customers. The biggest one is that it will be the densest network of electrical stores in the Czech Republic. Customers can look forward to more than 150 branches. The advantages also include free collection of orders, a wide range of electrical products and accessories, or collection points for appliances that have reached the end of their service life.
The services that customers were used to will be even better. Datart promises fast delivery of products throughout the Czech Republic or free delivery to stores. In addition, more than 20,000 delivery points and boxes will be available. Of course, there are services in the area of complaints or product returns.
Complaints and exchange of goods
And what will happen with the claim of goods that were purchased at Electro World? After the demise of the company, Datart will take over the claims procedure. So, if the product stops working for you, you don’t have to worry, because you just need to take the damaged goods, proof of purchase with you and visit one of the Datart stores, or send the goods to the Datart claims department.
