Eliminated candidates denounce cyberharassment after Emma’s elimination

This is a fine example of solidarity and benevolence: candidates already eliminated from the Star Academy denounced the behavior of certain fans of Emma – herself recently “exited” from telecrochet – on social networks, reports HuffPost.

As a reminder, Masséo was “saved” by the other academicians and Charles, by the public, during the bonus on Friday November 15, 2024. Emma therefore had to pack her bags, to the great dismay of her many admirers who then went wild “ disproportionately” on the networks.

Common speaking

Former academicians Noah, Thomas and Maylis then stepped up to denounce the online harassment of which they themselves were victims after their elimination, tells BFMTV.

In a live posted Sunday November 17, 2024 on Instagram, all three recalled that the future eliminated would get their phones back and see “everything that was said (about them)”. A “return to reality” which can turn out to be hyperviolent, specifies HuffPost. “Calm down a little on the networks, please (…) They are still human beings with emotions,” they added.

“Even if it’s behind the screen, it can still hurt,” confirmed Maylis, before the trio, who assure that Emma “is doing very well”, concludes: “You can have preferences, it’s is a show where we get attached to some people, but please calm the hatred.”
