The tender held by Emlak Konut GYO, which continues its work without slowing down in line with its vision of pioneering Turkey’s real estate sector within the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, in the popular tourism center of Muğla Milas has been successfully completed. 23 companies participated in the tender for a 17,166 m² residential land zoned for housing in Meşelik Neighborhood. Emlak Konut will earn 462 million TL in revenue with a 42 percent company share income ratio in the tender, the first session of which was held on September 4, 2024 and the second session on September 16, and which was completed for 1 billion 100 million TL. Emlak Konut achieved another significant success by reaching a multiplier of 2.19 with this tender.
