Enilive and DonneXStrada, a guide to recognize and combat violence against women

Enilive collaborates with the non-profit association DonneXStrada to also spread across the service station network It concerns you! A practical guide against gender violencea useful tool for identifying the dynamics of violence against women and taking concrete actions to prevent and combat it.

Made in view of International Day for the Elimination of Violence against Women of November 25, the guide “It concerns you!” was curated by DonneXStrada in collaboration with Enilive and contains practical advice for dealing with situations of violence of which one is a victim, of which one becomes aware or of which one witnesses. With a multidisciplinary approach, the text addresses gender violence and the different contexts in which it can manifest itself from an informative point of view, indicating for example the contacts to turn to in case of need or emergency, but also from a psychological point of view, legal and medical.

To make the contents of the guide reach the largest number of people, Enilive supports its dissemination through approximately 3,000 service stations throughout Italy, in which “It concerns you!” it will be within reach of smartphones thanks to the QRcodes visible on the digital terminals used to refuel, on stickers and information material, on the screens and counters of the approximately 600 Eni Cafés and also through a campaign on the Radio Enilive Station, on air in the external areas of many stations and inside numerous Eni Cafés. The collaboration between Enilive and DonneXStrada also includes a training activity aimed at managers who work in service stations in order to inform and raise their awareness on how to recognise, prevent and combat episodes of violence against women. Around 1,000 managers have already benefited from the training course, which will end in March 2025.
