“Enough of hoaxes and lies”

The president of the Generalitat, Carlos Mazónhas asked that “the hoaxes and lies” about his actions on the afternoon of October 29 stop now, in which he insisted that he was not incommunicado and even spoke with the mayor of Cullera, and has stated that the Government “is falling into one contradiction after another” through “its entities.

Mazón, who made these statements before attending the meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (CECOPI) at the L’Eliana Emergency Coordination Center, wondered why if the Government had information through Aemet that the dam Punctured could break “did not take command” of emergencies.

On the other hand, the president of the Generalitat has stated that the advice is working on making “the best prepared government, suitable for the recovery” of Valencia after the Dana and that “shortly” there will be news about its new composition and structure.

We are working to make the best prepared Government

Before attending the meeting of the Integrated Operational Coordination Center (CECOPI) at the L’Eliana Emergency Coordination Center, Mazón responded to questions from journalists to say that “shortly” there will be news of the Government’s remodeling Valencian, after last Friday he announced in his appearance about the dana in The Valencian Courts that a Vice Presidency for economic and social recovery and a Department of Emergencies and the Interior will be created.

“We are working on it. You will have news shortly. We are working on it to make the best prepared government, suitable for the recovery“, he stated.

The president has added that he will not skimp and will not stop claiming “and to ask and demand” what the Valencian Community deserves, “everything that Valencians deserve, at all times, on each of the roads, in each of the rehabilitations, in each of the aid” .

He regretted that part of the aid must be returned. “In other words, they are going to give aid to us Valencians so that we can pay it back”, something that he has described as “another strategy” of the Government of Spain.

“We have put on the table 31 billion and it barely puts a third on us,” he questioned, to reiterate that the Valencian Government will not stop demanding “absolutely nothing” so that the pace is what the people deserve.
