Epson is expanding its offer with two new professional 4K PRO-UHD home laser projectors

The ultra-short throw EH-QS100W and EH-QS100B models offer 4K PRO-UHD resolution, impressive brightness, exceptional image quality and versatility.

Epson has expanded its EH-Q range with two new high-end professional laser projectors for home use, the EH-QS100W and EH-QS100B. These join the lifestyle projectors EH-QB1000W/B, EH-QL3000W/B and EH-QL7000W/B which were introduced this autumn.

The EH-QS100W white and EH-QS100B black high-end professional home projectors use Epson’s laser light source technology, which together with 4K PRO-UHD resolution provides the optimal combination of impressive brightness, exceptional image quality and versatility. By placing them in the immediate vicinity of the wall (super-short-throw), you can turn any interior into a cinema – from dedicated media spaces to well-lit living rooms. They conjure up an immersive, vivid experience in professional quality every time. Because they can be placed close to the wall, you don’t have to deal with shadows or cables leading to the projector. Audio and video devices can thus be stored out of sight. Whether you’re watching movies, sports or games, the projectors provide cutting-edge technology, a clear image with a diagonal of up to 160″ in a compact and easily adjustable design that looks great in any environment.

The projectors are equipped with advanced 3LCD laser technology that ensures excellent 4K PRO-UHD image quality, clear and sharp details and smooth fast action. The image size can be adjusted up to 160 inches and the brightness of 4500 lumens ensures peak image brightness and a high contrast ratio for deeper blacks, making them ideal for living rooms and multimedia rooms.

With a dynamic contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1 for well-rendered shadows and even more intense blacks, these professional home projectors are equipped with a range of advanced image-enhancing technologies, such as 4K frame interpolation to ensure smooth images and Super Resolution to preserve detail in every scene.

Thanks to advanced features such as Dynamic Tone Mapping, which improves image quality frame by frame, and HDR10+ for more vivid and realistic colors, the new projectors provide an excellent experience when watching movies and sports broadcasts. Other features include 4K frame interpolation, 4K super resolution, adaptive scene gamma correction, automatic contrast enhancement and dynamic tone mapping.

Compatible with a wide range of IP control systems, the projectors can be integrated into existing installations and set up quickly and easily, while the near-instant warm-up and cool-down times contribute to their exceptional comfort, energy efficiency and long (20,000 hours) laser life. In addition, with integrated support for Crestron, Control4 and RS232C/Wired LAN systems, this range of projectors can be easily integrated into a Smart Home Network for even more convenient viewing.

Epson Setting Assistant is compatible with the EH-QS100, so customers can adjust the projection themselves after installation without the need for a professional technician.
