The TOP 100 ranking published on Friday morning will be commented by Äripää editor-in-chief Meelis Mandel and opinion editor Karl-Eduard Salumäe.
Swedbank’s private banking strategist Tarmo Tanilas will visit the live studio, and we will ask him which asset classes and regions offer the best opportunities for investors in 2025. We ask the members of the investor Toomas investment club what their expectations are for the Baltic Stock Exchange in the next 12 months, and we ask for an assessment of Eften’s new fundraising.
Together with Jana Saarkoppel, a journalist from Äripää’s stock exchange editor, we summarize the investor Toomas investment club’s visit to the Nasdaq Tallinn Stock Exchange on Wednesday and the most exciting thoughts that were heard at the Swedbank private banking forum held on Thursday.
Katre Saard, the founder and chairman of the board of the Swedish financial technology company Alpcot, who appeared at the same forum, will also speak, and she will list promising investment ideas, as well as pitfalls to avoid in the markets.

12.00-13.00 “Gold Fund”. In the series of the best and most listened to programs of Äripää radio, this time economist Kristjan Liivamäe’s story about smelling burnout will be presented. With sports experience and an athletic mindset, Liivamäe’s habit of pushing his own limits has made him a successful and wealthy man, but it backfired on his mental health. In the show, the lecturer and investor analyzed the reasons for his habit of taking on too much and too big, and why it is difficult for him to give up what he is doing.

We point out different angles behind which managers get stuck, and we talk about why people’s cooperation in teams does not go well. 17.00–18.00 “Äripää opinion leader”. This week’s program covers topics from domestic politics, the Great War, and the connections of the Northeastern European periphery with the wider world. Indrek Tarand, the special envoy sent to Ida-Virumaa at the beginning of the regaining of independence, explains what he thinks about the plan of socialist Katri Raig to come back to power in Narva with pro-Russian forces. Former diplomat Tõnis Idarand, on the other hand, tells what to read from Vladimir Putin’s threat to respond with a nuclear strike to a conventional attack as well. And aviation expert Allan Nõmmik describes why and how both Nordica and Estonian Air failed and what it all means for a small border country.
