Eurofiber takes over Bytesnet data centers

Eurofiber is taking over the datacenter activities of Dutch IT infrastructure service provider Bytesnet. With this takeover, Eurofiber is strengthening its position in the so-called regional edge datacenter segment.

Bytesnet is a Dutch service provider in the field of colocation, High Performance Computing, cloud and connectivity. With data centers in Groningen (d’ROOT, built in 2018) and Rotterdam (Spaanse Kubus, 2009), it offers colocation services to customers in sectors such as healthcare, education and government.

Peter de Jong will remain closely involved with Bytesnet, partly to ensure a smooth integration with Eurofiber and to ensure the continuity and quality of the company.
