The Dutch Hubspot specialist Webs is merging with its peers Trialta from Germany and Invise from Sweden.
The trio is working with Dutch investor Oak Tree Hill Capital to build Europe’s leading HubSpot platform.
This transaction will be announced today during the European HubSpot event Grow in London. Tonight the respective teams and customers will physically meet there for the first time.
With this merger, the parties unite the expertise of more than 150 marketing specialists from three European markets and thus achieve a joint turnover of 20 million euros. The goal is to grow the workforce by a factor of three, to eight hundred people.
HubSpot is an American software company that provides marketing, sales, and customer service tools. Their platform helps companies find customers, manage relationships, and drive growth through features like email marketing, CRM, and analytics. The goal is to support companies in attracting visitors, converting leads and retaining customers.
Companies like Webs, Trial in Invise are the connecting party between companies looking for AI automation and Hubspot. They provide training, advice, implementations and migrations.
Camiel Freriks, founders of Webs, explains to Emerce: “There is a lot of fragmentation in the Hubspot world towards large, global customers. That makes it difficult to be serviced by one party. We bring our knowledge and expertise together and thus offer the scale that they are looking for.”
Freriks and his fellow entrepreneurs from Germany and Sweden are each at the helm of the market leader in their own market. In his view, this is a solid starting point for building a European leading party.
For the time being, the companies will continue under their own names, but they will be part of a group. That will Silo to be named. At a later stage, the local company names will be phased out in favor of the group name, but that is not yet an issue.
