The mobile court has occupied Khas land in Mahajan Battal area of Chandraghona area of Rangunia upazila and evicted the illegal construction.
Assistant Commissioner (Lands) and Executive Magistrate Marjan Hossain conducted the operation. Rangunia Thana Police and Upazila Land Office officials assisted the court.
According to the mobile court, illegal structures were being constructed at that spot. It was evacuated on November 14 after getting the news. Even before this, raids were carried out in that union. Khas land was recovered by eviction of illegal structures. It has been informed that this operation of the mobile court will continue.
