The guests are Aili Nurmeots and Jaanika Rannula, who are the TOP of Äripää’s book “How to be a leader that your people really need?” authors and educators. They share valuable perspectives and experiences to become more human-centered.
At the heart of the discussion is the leader’s mindset, self-awareness, values, and beliefs, all of which together create behavior. The listeners are offered practical solutions on how to become more aware of their own management style and how to improve their people-oriented management style or look at it from a new angle. The authors present their own Management Compass, which provides direction, keeps focus and helps move towards a more effective future. The leadership development program starting at the Äripää Academy will also be introduced Steering compass. The program starts in January and lasts for six months. What makes it different from other programs is explored.
