The five-year-long criminal case against the ex-managers of Wendre, one of Pärnumaa’s largest employers, came to an end today, the four defendants must compensate their former employer nearly 100,000 euros.
Namely, the prosecution had charged Vahur Roosaare and Peep Armvärt, former board members of the textile manufacturer Wendre, former employee Erki Habanen and the company Paragon Sleep, that they took advantage of Wendre’s business secret, took over customers and thereby caused Wendre a large financial loss.
