An attack on a bar in Heraklion reports that it received a family of tourists on vacation in Crete last Monday to Tuesday night.
The 49-year-old Canadian, his 41-year-old Finnish wife and their two sons, aged 21 and 18 respectively, they were having their drink during a night walk on Milatou Street.
As they themselves complain, suddenly and unprovoked they were attacked by a group of locals. The locals initially abused the family of the tourists, while very quickly the episode took on dimensions after they also received blows. They were attacked with punches and kicksaccording to the content of the complaint, hitting indiscriminately.
The result was to injure the 49-year-old man and one of the two sons of the family and bleed. The episode caused a great disturbance in the center of Heraklion, while the people who allegedly caused the episode hurried to disappear when they saw the two men covered in blood on the pavement.

EKAV ambulances were called to the scene, they received all four and transferred them to the Venizelio Hospital where he was on duty, where the doctors took care of the wounds that had been caused. The 49-year-old Canadian had to be hospitalized, but his life was not in danger.
The four tourists reported the incident against them to the authorities on Tuesday, while EL.AS is looking for the group of young people who attacked and injured the family.
