Due to a malfunction in Turkish Airlines’ information systems, there were disruptions in ticketing and reservation processes.
Turkish Airlines (THY) announced that work is being done to resolve the problem that occurred in the ticketing and reservation systems due to a malfunction in the information systems.
THY Press Counselor Yahya Üstün, in his statement on social media, stated that there were disruptions in ticketing and reservation processes due to problems in information systems.
Üstün said, “The necessary work is being done to resolve the issue and prevent our passengers from being victimized. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will inform you as soon as possible.”
